Feta Chicken (approx. 25 minutes)

Why not replace chicken with your favourite vegan replacement and the feta with tofu for a tasty vegan treat!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken or Vegan replacement 650g

  • Tomatoes 280g

  • Feta or Tofu 80g

  • Brown Rice 350g

  • Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

  • Nutrisauce: Garlic and Black Pepper 500g


Recipe:

  1. Boil: Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the rice cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes (always consult the cooking instructions on your packet of rice for exact timings)

  2. Chop: Chop up the chicken, tomatoes and feta or replacements of your choosing into small cubes

  3. Fry: fry the chicken and tomatoes with cooking oil in a large frying pan, until the chicken is browning and cooked all the way through this should take around 10 minutes.

  4. Add: Nutrisauce and feta to the chicken and tomatoes and bring to a simmer for around 10 minutes.

  5. Serve: drain the rice, plate the feta chicken, and enjoy!
